Ever Kind Care?
Our Story
Vicky and Sian started Ever Kind Care in 2023 after working together in the care sector for several years.

Our journey began with a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves compassionate and personal care. We recognised a gap in the care industry where individuals felt as if they were just another number, rather than being treated as a whole person with unique needs, preferences and stories. The inspiration for starting Ever Kind Care came from real life experiences. Vicky and Sian saw first hand how important it is for families to have reliable, empathetic care options for their loved ones.
Vicky Sharpe
Vicky is Director and the registered manager at Ever Kind Care. Born and raised in Deal herself, she has a level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care and is currently working on her Chartered Doctorate diploma in Adult Management.
Sian Davies
Sian is company director and Office manager at Ever Kind Care. She was also born and raised in Deal. Sian is currently working on her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care.
